Mary King Lee lives in Lawrenceville, Georgia and considers herself a late bloomer. After starting a career in the childcare Industry at 50 and rising to the title of District Manager, at 65 she decided to leave the field and started her own business called Sixty Plus. She reinvented herself and obtained a certification as a fitness Trainer and a Nutritionist. Mary teaches Neuroplasicity and exercise to the chronically ill and their caregivers. Mary travels to facilities that house Memory care patients and those with Parkinsons Disease as well as venues such as gyms where she is a Silver Sneakers exercise Instructor. Mary has two children and two grandchildren. Her Faith is paramount in her life and she strives to be a better person each day.
