Joy moved to Alaska seeking a life full of adventure, and she definitely found it! She has hunted around the world with her wonderful family, hiked on glaciers & ziplined thru rainforests! Most of all, she loves the kind & interesting people she has met in Alaska.

Joy believes that the ultimate purpose of life is to know God, to love God, to serve him in this world, and to be happy with him in Heaven. She enjoys putting others before herself, and feels fulfilled by serving others. She always say that it takes 2 muscles to smile, and 20 to frown.. so "roll with the punches, baby!"
